What began as back pain for a young dancer became a 12-year cancer battle, and she is now seeking treatment overseas.
The diagnosis came after months of being told the pain was an injury, a delay she says shaped everything that followed.
A treatment available in China is not funded here, leaving her family fundraising to cover the cost.
Her case has renewed questions about access to newer therapies for rare cancers.
